Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be crafted and shipped.

Shipping Options We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) — $6.00
• USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) — $9.00 — includes up to $100 carrier insurance
• USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) — $29.00 — includes up to $200 carrier insurance

Carrier Responsibility Once your order has been handed to USPS and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after the package has been dropped off.

For orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, carrier insurance is included. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number.

For orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, carrier insurance is not included. We recommend selecting Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for added peace of mind.
