Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Items All of our jewelry pieces are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong initial or item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
